Job summary

Engramec is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to drive new product lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating Sales, R&D, Procurement, QA and Operations. You will manage formulations, approvals, and pricing while ensuring accurate specifications and BM ERP updates across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, meticulous documentation and proactive risk management to meet project deadlines and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
• Experience with BatchMaster (BM) or similar ERP systems for product tracking and change control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development and change requests from concept to launch.
• Manage documentation, approvals, and records across departments.
• Track milestones, timelines, and regulatory/commercial requirements.
• Maintain product specs and system updates within BatchMaster.
