Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm or 10 am to 5 pm (flexible)

30-35 hours a week to start. Will move to 40 hours a week once hired on permanently

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support our product development team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, and production teams while maintaining sample organization and showroom presentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organized, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and track product samples for sales representatives and manufacturers.
• Maintain and update the sample portal for easy access and tracking.
• Keep the showroom up to date with the latest products.
• Manage the sample room, ensuring products are properly categorized and accessible.
• Work closely with the Product Development Manager to track timelines and product revisions.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure accurate product features are reflected on packaging.
• Coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure timely sample deliveries and product modifications.
• Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support quality control efforts by reviewing samples and ensuring they meet company standards.
• Additional responsibilities as discussed with the Product Development Manager.
