Job summary

Kinsa Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to lead new product development and commercialization for a fast-growing snack brand. The role requires hands-on ownership of product formulation, testing, and production trials with QA oversight.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in food product development, R&D, QA, or product management, with snack food/CPG experience and strong ability to collaborate with co-packers and suppliers.

Join a fast-growing snack food company with nationwide distribution across retail and grocery channels. This hands-on role will lead new product innovation while ensuring quality and consistency across an expanding product portfolio.

3-6 years of experience in food product development, R&D, QA, or product management required; snack food or CPG experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000-$100,000 base salary

• Self-starter comfortable in a small, growing team
• Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed
• Must be willing & able to travel to our production facilities as needed (located in AZ, CA, PA, TX)
