Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Associate, Product Development- RTW to drive development of RTW and Sport categories, coordinating between Design, Materials, Merchandising, Production and Tech Design. You will manage calendars, track timelines, update costs, and ensure alignment across teams while supporting fast-paced seasonal development.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, 2–3 years in RTW development, strong organization, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience.
• 2-3 years' experience in RTW product development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and deadline adherence.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between Design, Materials, Merchandising, Tech Design, and Production; maintain daily communication.
• Attend design hand-off meetings; raise questions to ensure feasibility.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet tight timelines during Proto and SMS stages.
• Partner with Design and Materials to initiate development with global factory partners.
• Maintain a detailed style tracker for concept through production.
• Attend vendor calls and provide clear sample instructions; ensure calendar milestones are met.
• Manage development-stage costing and update Pre-Proto, Proto, SMS stages.
• Lead BOM reviews and ensure accuracy; coordinate with overseas teams.
