Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Assistant, Materials Development - Ready-To-Wear in New York to support fabric and leather development from proto through commercialization. You will work with Design, Color & Print, Product Development, and suppliers to meet brand quality and cost targets.

The role requires 2–3 years of trims development or related experience, strong Excel skills, PLM familiarity, and detail-oriented multitasking ability. Occasional cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in trims development, production, or sourcing in apparel, preferably RTW.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain seasonal fabrics in PLM and ensure correct colors and combos are added.
• Create PLM Board Cards for Fabric and Design teams and maintain fabric boards.
• Manage shipments from NY office to mills and factories and track SMS approvals.
