Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking an Associate in Product Development for Handbags in New York. You will collaborate across Design, Materials, Merchandising, and Production to bring high-quality handbags to market, ensuring calendar adherence and accurate data throughout the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in fashion accessories development, strong Excel skills, and PLM experience. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, cost awareness, and timely sample execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of experience in fashion accessories product development, sourcing, and/or production.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Prior experience working with PLM systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage specs turnover and troubleshoot sample making from proto to handoff into production.
• Review BOMs/tech packs for accuracy, quality, affordability, and compliance.
• Communicate with overseas partners to interpret design needs and changes.
• Maintain an accurate PLM-styled style tracker through development to production.
