Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Product Development Associate in New York to drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Materials, Merchandising and Production, ensuring timely development from concept to production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in fashion accessories product development, sourcing, or production.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with PLM systems is required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of retail math and product lifecycle timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Materials, Merchandising and Production to manage specs from proto to production.
• Review BOMs and tech packs for accuracy, quality and cost targets.
• Communicate daily with factories and overseas partners on spec changes.
• Maintain an accurate PLM style tracker capturing lifecycle from concept through production.
• Schedule, track and report samples; ensure faithful execution to spec.
