Qualifications

• Experience as Product Development and Sourcing Manager in home textiles.
• Proficient in Chinese (speaking and writing) to communicate with local suppliers.
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with mass retailers (Target, TJ Maxx, Costco, Walmart).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for global sourcing operations, collaborating with cross-functional partners at overseas offices and vendors.
• Utilize negotiation and costing skills to achieve financial targets for the designated product category.
• Maintain and update product costs, while communicating with overseas offices regarding costing options.
• Coordinate tasks to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality products.
• Monitor and expedite sample development progress.
• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and engineers to develop innovative home textile products.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors based on quality and capacity.
• Work closely with suppliers to achieve cost and quality outcomes.
