This role will focus on categories such as window curtains, throw pillows, and other soft home textile products, while partnering closely with merchandising, design, and sourcing teams to bring trend-driven products to market.

Position Summary

This role will lead the development of soft home décor collections for major retail partners across off-price and value channels. The individual will oversee product development from concept through commercialization, collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with retailer strategies, consumer trends, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product assortments aligned with retailer strategies and consumer trends
• Partner closely with off-price and value retail channels
• Translate trend insights, market analysis, and competitive research into commercially viable product concepts
• Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure quality standards, cost targets, and development timelines are met
• Manage and mentor a small team including textile and graphic designers
