Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical instructional design experience.
• 1–3 years in electrical or electromechanical roles in industrial environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex engineering topics into teachable content.
• Proficient in Zoom or in-person training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive digital learning modules in Articulate 360 and Canvas LMS.
• Create manuals, lesson plans, facilitation guides, and learner workbooks with clear steps.
• Develop diagrams, videos, animations and demonstrations to visualize complex processes.
