Job summary

The IRONMAN Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Product Developer to join our Merchandise team. You will lead product development for assigned categories from concept to market, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality products that align with our BE ICONIC brand and events.

You will manage calendars, reviews, and specifications, ensuring on-time execution while aligning with market trends, materials, and cost targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience in apparel construction, embellishment techniques, fabrics, trims, materials, and sourcing processes.
3–5 years of product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing, apparel, or related retail experience.
Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to support product strategy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day product development activities for assigned merchandise categories from concept through commercialization.
Coordinate line plans, sample reviews, artwork development, and vendor communication to support timely seasonal assortments.
Manage seasonal development calendars, milestones, vendor deliverables, and product launch timelines to ensure on-time execution.
Review and approve samples for quality, fit, construction, artwork placement, and brand consistency.
Create, manage, and distribute artboards, technical packages, and product specs to vendors.
