The contractor will lead product decisions, conduct user research, and develop in-box collateral and digital content while tracking performance and substantiating product claims in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of product development experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to collaborate within a team and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Lead product decisions on a new hair care device in development, including defining KPIs and overall product requirements.
• Conduct user research through in-person testing, surveys, and sample evaluations to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Manage the creation and execution of product support materials, including in-box collateral, on-product point-of-purchase (POP) materials, product UI, and mock digital content.
• Document and track technical product performance and issues, driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support the execution of key product claims and obtain appropriate substantiation.
