52Launch in Framingham, MA is seeking a versatile Product Developer to manage products from concept through production. This hands-on role collaborates with clients, designers, engineers, and factories across multiple categories, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate global suppliers, create detailed project plans, and travel internationally to factories in China and Vietnam as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple product development projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of a broad range of manufacturing processes including molding, sewing/soft goods, metal fabrication, and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product development projects from concept through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and production.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Coordinate activities among clients, designers, engineers, sourcing team, suppliers, and factories.
• Translate product concepts and design requirements into clear technical specifications and production-ready documentation.
• Identify manufacturing processes, materials, suppliers, and production methods for each project.
• Travel internationally to China 2–3 times per year to review projects and factories.
