Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join the New Product Development team for a Metrowest consumer goods brand. This role sits on the front line of taking concepts to market, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to the end user.

You’ll lead a hair device project, conduct in-person user research, develop in-box collateral and product UI, and track performance with clear KPIs—driving substantiated product decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Design, Business, or Marketing.
• 1+ years of product development experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint a plus.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, well organized, dependable, efficient and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead product decisions on a new hair device in development, including KPIs and overall definition of product
• Conduct user research via in-person testing, surveys, and quick sample evaluation to inform product decisions and evaluate product optimizations
• Manage the creation and execution of product support material, such as in-box collateral, on product POP, Product UI, and mock digital content
• Document and track technical product performance and issues, drive to closure through cross-functional action
• Support execution of key claims and obtain appropriate substantiation
