Integra Beauty seeks a hands-on Product Developer to support end-to-end development of high-performance liquid haircare formulas across Integra Beauty’s brand portfolio. This role bridges cosmetic chemistry and commercial product development in our fast-paced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical familiarity with haircare chemistry and compliance, a proven track record of the full Product Development lifecycle, and experience partnering with contract
Competenze
- 3+ years of hands-on cosmetic product development or formulation chemistry in liquid haircare products.
- Experience building SKUs with external CMOs and vendors.
- Knowledge of haircare ingredients, INCI nomenclature, and formulation stability.
Mansioni
- Support the product development lifecycle from concept to commercial production.
- Translate market trends into technical briefs for external R&D partners.
- Review lab samples and provide actionable technical feedback to bench chemists or CMOs.
- Coordinate validation protocols with contract partners for stability and packaging compatibility.
- Maintain technical product documentation including SDS, COAs and Master BOMs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate label claims and smooth handoffs.
