Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related discipline is required.
• 0-5 years of professional experience, including internships/co-ops.
• Passion for beauty and consumer products with ability to create emotionally engaging experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and execution.
• Experience or proficiency in product and packaging design is preferred.
• Digital experience design and storytelling skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with visual AI tools used in design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative product and packaging concepts that delight consumers and support growth.
• Sketch, render, CAD development, and prototyping to visualize new beauty experiences.
• Translate insights and trends into compelling design solutions.
• Develop manufacturable concepts from exploration to execution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, and Brand Design.
• Build prototypes to test and communicate ideas and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Contribute across multiple projects with ownership and initiative.
