SharkNinja is seeking a Product Developer to drive the global product roadmap from concept to shelf. You will partner with Engineers, Marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a 5-star consumer experience across Shark and Ninja lines.

The role emphasizes consumer-first product definition, rigorous testing, and ongoing optimization. You will contribute to profitable programs, leverage user insights, and shape the next generation of haircare and beauty tools within a dynamic AI-native

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer goods is preferred.
• A passion for hair care or beauty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ninja business with development of profitable programs for key products and drive product improvements.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market white space.
• Take ownership of assigned categories’ sales performance and identify new product opportunities.
• Lead competitive product analyses to improve market position and consumer appeal.
• Be the voice of legacy product lines and share insights to inform next-generation features.
• Partner with Testing and Quality teams to define and manage testing procedures.
• Serve as the product expert for cross-functional team questions and decisions.
