Job summary

SharkNinja in the United States is seeking a Product Developer to guide our global product roadmap from concept to shelf. You’ll translate consumer needs into profitable enhancements and partner with Engineers, Marketers, and Designers to deliver a premium 5-star experience on Shark and Ninja products.

You’ll own key categories, conduct user research, compare competitors, and support quality testing to ensure robust performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for hair care or the beauty realm is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Consumer-first perspective when introducing new products or processes.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to present to management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to embrace transparency and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ninja business with development of profitable programs for key products.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market gaps.
• Take ownership of category sales performance and identify new product opportunities.
• Lead competitive product analyses to improve Shark’s consumer position.
• Be the voice of legacy product lines for next-gen features.
• Partner with Testing and Quality to define and manage testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional team questions.
