SharkNinja is seeking a Program Manager to own the New Product Development process for the Shark and Ninja brands, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept to market with speed and quality.

The ideal candidate has a technical or business background, 1+ years of PM experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering or business management.
• 1+ years direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management.
• Ability to cultivate and lead a high performing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drives cross-functional interaction to bring products to market, managing risks and schedule.
• Collaborate to ensure go-to-market strategy yields high sales.
• Deliver all elements from ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decisions across teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations and track progress.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and address them.
• Channel global information to local teams.
