As a Product Developer/Designer, you will be an integral part of our team, driving the development of new consumer products in the CPG sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, to bring innovative products to life. Your expertise in product development and project management will be key to ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with market trends. This opportunity also allows growth into more senior-level roles within the team over time!

What will you do day-to-day?

• Lead the product development process from ideation to commercialization, ensuring products meet consumer needs and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, supply chain, and design, to ensure a seamless product development lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize multiple product development projects, balancing deadlines, resources, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the creation and testing of prototypes and ensure the final product meets quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting key developments, challenges, and successes.

Who are you?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end product development process, from concept development through commercialization.
• Familiarity with market trends, consumer preferences, and industry regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
