Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development, project coordination, supply chain, operations, logistics, customer operations, or manufacturing support.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, or external partners.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities from concept through production and delivery.
• Support product design revisions, specification updates, and production changes.
• Partner with manufacturing vendors to ensure product requirements and timelines are met.
• Track production schedules, materials procurement, manufacturing timelines, and shipping milestones.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, freight movements, and import documentation.
• Maintain product samples, product libraries, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project updates and deliverables.
• Support client operations, order management, and account coordination activities.
• Manage special projects, customized shipments, and client requests.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, documentation, and operational records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
• Assist with supply chain, warehouse, and inventory-related coordination activities.
