Qualifications

• Degree in industrial/product/graphic design or related field.
• Professional product design or related creative experience.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
• Strong CAD and 3D modeling/rendering skills.
• Clear drawings, specs and production-ready files.
• Solid understanding of color, materials, finishes and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Research trends and translate into product opportunities.
• Develop concepts, collections and seasonal assortments.
• Create sketches, CADs, renderings and specifications to communicate design intent.
• Develop color palettes, patterns and finishes for each product.
• Design retail packaging and presentation materials.
• Build cohesive product stories for different retailers and price points.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, packaging and overseas teams.
• Review samples with factories and provide design revisions.
• Conduct competitive shopping and market research.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
