Superfeet is seeking a Product Designer to lead design for product concepts, line extensions, and new development. This individual contributor role collaborates with product, engineering, marketing, and vendors, translating consumer insight and biomechanical intent into manufacturable solutions from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Strong design fundamentals and proficiency in sketching, prototyping, 3D CAD, rendering, and technical communication.
• Ability to translate athlete and consumer insights into manufacturable product concepts and design direction.
• Experience owning products from concept through production and collaborating with engineering and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own industrial design for assigned categories from concept through production, aligning needs, biomechanics, brand strategy, and business goals.
• Communicate design intent through sketches, CAD, renderings, and prototypes to drive fast decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to iterate concepts/samples and deliver launch-ready solutions.
• Support DFM, cost, and technical reviews while maintaining core design intent.
