Superfeet is seeking a Product Designer to lead design for product concepts, line extensions, and new development. You’ll own design intent from concept through commercialization, partnering with teams to translate insights into manufacturable solutions that keep athletes moving.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, manufacturability, and cost-aware design across footwear/insoles. Hybrid work in Ferndale, WA is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Product Design (or related).
• +5 years designing and developing physical consumer products (footwear/performance preferred).
• Portfolio demonstrating product architecture and line-building with thoughtful design rationale.

Responsabilidades

• Own inductural design for assigned categories from concept through production, aligning consumer/athlete needs, biomechanical intent, brand strategy, and business goals.
• Push design language, form, function and materials while maintaining performance goals and manufacturability.
• Turn briefs, research and market insights into concepts and product architecture balancing performance, comfort, durability, aesthetics, manufacturability and cost.
• Communicate design intent through sketches, CAD, rendering, prototypes, specs and presentations to drive fast, aligned decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing and Operations to iterate concepts and deliver launch-ready solutions.
• Support DFM, cost and technical review—keeping core design intent intact.
• Manage external design/visualization partners and contribute to innovation workstreams.
