Job summary

Superfeet Worldwide is seeking a Product Designer in Ferndale, WA, hybrid work model with in-person time in Ferndale. You will lead product design for new concepts and line extensions, translating insights and biomechanical intent into manufacturable solutions that support Superfeet’s mission to keep athletes moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Product Design or related field.
• 5+ years designing and developing physical consumer products (footwear/performance preferred).
• Experience owning products from concept through production and collaborating with engineering, development, vendors, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own inductural design for assigned categories from concept through production.
• Push design language, form, function and materials while ensuring manufacturability.
• Translate brief, research and market insight into concepts and architecture.
• Communicate design intent through sketches, CAD, rendering, prototypes, specs, and presentations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, Engineering, Marketing, Operations.
• Support cost and technical reviews while preserving design intent.
• Manage external design/visualization partners and contribute to innovation.
