Superfeet is seeking a Product Designer to lead product design for new concepts, line extensions, and product development. This role will drive quality outcomes through collaboration with product and engineering teams, ensuring balance between performance, comfort, and manufacturability.

Qualifikationen

5+ years designing and developing physical consumer products, preferably in footwear/performance.
Proven experience owning products from concept through production.
Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Own industrial design for assigned categories/projects from concept through production.
Turn brief, research, and insights into product concepts and architecture.
Communicate design intent through sketches, CAD, and prototypes.
