Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong portfolio of complex, data-rich product work such as dashboards, admin tools, checkout flows, or SaaS apps.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Strong written communication and ability to write clear product specifications.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX design for the merchant dashboard, checkout, subscription management, and admin tools.
• Conduct merchant research to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Build and maintain the product design system.
• Write clear product specifications that engineers can build from.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize, ship, and iterate quickly.
• Set and raise the design standard as the team grows.
