Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality UI experiences.
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
• Demonstrated ability to wrangle competing priorities and balance user and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution.
• Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration.
