Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Product Manager for Payments to oversee the TrustCommerce Platform. You will manage the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive commercial success in collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, compliance, and customer success.

The role requires working with executives and external partners to deliver measurable customer value while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. You will develop requirements, track KPIs, and support go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and the payments industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through market launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop deep understanding of healthcare payment workflows and customer pain points.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Ensure products comply with data security, privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, utilization, and release success.
• Support product deployments with account management, implementation, and sales teams.
