Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product design experience with hands-on ownership of product flows or features.
• Strong interaction design craft across multi-step, complex flows.
• High visual design quality and attention to detail to build trust.
• Ability to own the solution space and explore multiple directions.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution space for problems your team is working on — explore, pressure-test, and deliver the best answer
• Work through ambiguity to find clarity, knowing when to push for more definition and when to move with what you have
• Execute at a high craft level across the flows and surfaces your pod owns
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and user insight until the work is right
