Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Product Designer to lead UX across Marketing Web surfaces. You will shape UX strategy, evolve a CMS design system, and create reusable patterns in Figma for B2B and B2C sites. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Channels, Product Marketing, and Engineering to improve performance and user experience.

You will validate design decisions with data and user insights, drive scalable design across campaigns, and stay ahead with industry trends including AI-enabled design tools.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating systems-level UX work across B2B and B2C
• 5+ years in web Marketing, Design or related field
• Proven experience leading Marketing UX design from strategy to implementation
• Experience shipping products or web projects with meaningful results for customers and businesses
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Deep experience designing within component-based CMS and design-system environments

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and CMS design system vision across marketing web surfaces
• Evolve a design system library and guidelines for all marketing web surfaces
• Design self-service, reusable web patterns in Figma that parity with CMS capabilities
• Collaborate with CMS developers to design new patterns and CMS components
• Partner with teams to ensure seamless journey from campaign entry into Zillow's product experience
• Design device-adaptable web interfaces for B2B and B2C surfaces
• QA the build to ensure consistency with the design system
• Translate business goals into UX strategy and web design solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and AI-enabled design tooling
