Zillow Group's growing Marketing Web team is looking for a skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead UX across Marketing web surfaces. As the Product Designer in a marketing function you will be responsible for setting UX strategy and raising the quality bar across Marketing Web surfaces to deliver exceptional customer-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including; Marketing Channels, Product Marketing, Marketing Tech & Operations, Creative Studio, Design Systems and Engineering, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across B2B and B2C Marketing websites. We are looking for a candidate who is adept at collaborating across teams, analyzing data to provide recommendations, and optimizing performance based on business goals. As someone who thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys taking on new challenges, you are able to adapt in the ever-evolving field of online marketing. In this role, you will work collaboratively with others to define and evolve the CMS design system and component standard for all Marketing Web surfaces. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $125,900.00 - $201,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $119,600.00 - $191,000.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
