Job summary

TrustedHousesitters ищет специалиста по привлечению и конверсии, который возьмет под контроль путь клиента от главной страницы до оплаты, включая лендинги, onboarding и жизненный цикл пользователеий.

Кандидат будет работать над гипотезами, метриками и быстрыми тестами совместно с CRO-менеджером, поддерживать высокий визуальный стандарт на всех поверхностях продукта и использовать Amplitude для превращения данных в идеи и реализации тестов.

Qualifications

• Опыт владения внутренними задачами по привлечению или конвертации пользователей в темпах
• Портфолио с сильной визуальной подачей и высоким визуальным стандартом
• Умение формулировать задачи, предлагать тесты и объяснять логику дизайна тестов
• Опыт тесного сотрудничества с менеджерами продукта, инженерами, аналитикой и CRM
• Опыт работы с потребительскими продуктами и понимание цифрового доверия и конверсии

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end acquisition journey, from homepage to first payment, across web and increasingly mobile, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle nudges Co-own the experimentation roadmap with the CRO Manager by framing hypotheses, defining success metrics, and shipping rapid tests Maintain a high visual standard across every product surface Use Amplitude to turn quantitative and qualitative insights into testable ideas and move quickly from insight to design Partner with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, contributing to decisions early
