Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to join its product and engineering team, helping improve existing features and design new experiences across its platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and other designers, taking ideas from initial discovery through to production.

The company is looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join its product and engineering team, helping improve existing features and design new experiences across its platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and other designers, taking ideas from initial discovery through to production.

• Create user flows, interactive prototypes and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and validate designs using customer feedback.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
• Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences.
• Support engineering teams throughout implementation and review completed designs.
• Apply accessibility principles and WCAG best practices.
• Use Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping and design systems.
• Experience with or knowledge of Figma Make.

• Experience creating responsive and accessible digital products.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile product teams.
