Job summary

PeopleFinders, LLC is seeking a data-driven Product Designer to shape the user experience of our new online platform. You will lead design across websites and campaigns, crafting intuitive interfaces that impact tens of millions of users monthly and align with business KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and retention.

You will leverage competitive analysis, feature gap studies, and user research, collaborating with marketing and developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Portfolio showing design process, data-driven approach, and KPI optimization.
• Experience designing ecommerce subscription platforms and signup funnels.
• Experience with information architecture and data-rich layouts.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Strong user-centered design, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping.
• Experience using data/analytics to guide design decisions for KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience with responsive design for desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of key interfaces for our websites.
• Collaborate with marketing and developers to create user-centered designs that drive growth.
• Perform competitive and gap analyses to identify design opportunities.
• Use data, analytics, and KPIs to inform design decisions for conversions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with KPI focus.
• Monitor metrics and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
• Stay updated on design trends to keep platform competitive.
• Maintain consistent design language and branding.
