You will collaborate with product, engineering and user research to elevate reader experiences in Discovery, Reading, Tracking and Community, across web, iOS, Android, and email.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.

• Own the design and enablement of the design system to deliver core reader experiences across web and mobile apps; drive adoption and scale to meet product needs.
• Manage design libraries and tooling; educate the team on best practices and provide resources.
• Create customer-centered designs based on feedback, research, data, trends and technical constraints.
• Create flows, wireframes, design mockups, and rapid prototypes to conceptualize and deliver product experiences.
• Design across web, iOS and Android apps, and emails.
• Partner with design, product and engineering to define systems and AI enablement of design work.
• Independently drive evaluative research to develop customer understanding and validate design choices.
