Job summary

GridUnity seeks a seasoned UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across its portfolio of interconnection software products. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Customer Experience to design intuitive journeys for complex grid interconnection workflows.

You will work within GridUnity's design system, contribute patterns, and influence experiences where products converge with the broader platform, ensuring usability and coherence across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing UX for complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end UX work including research, flows, interaction design, and delivered product.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment.
• Ability to design for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and expert users.
• Excellent communication skills; able to defend design decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX definition and evolution across GridUnity’s portfolio ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Contribute to UX patterns, interaction models, and design standards to support scalability and a convergent platform.
• Act as a steward of UX standards enabling high-quality experiences across teams and product areas.
• Define and track UX success metrics using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Communicate UX insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership for product decisions.
