Job summary

Bland is seeking a seasoned designer to own how the product looks and behaves, including the interaction model, visual language, and the evolving design system. You will work daily with the lead designer and PM, shaping direction and shipping a polished frontend experience.

You’ll contribute to a ground-up dashboard redesign, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure the design system is enforced across the AI-driven product.

Qualifications

• Visual design work that stands on its own.
• Design system created and deployed to production.
• Deep interaction design experience.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and frontend polish.
• 4+ years shipping web products in a B2B SaaS context.
• Curiosity about the product and ability to work with engineers.
• Proficiency with current design tools (Figma, Weave, Flora).

Responsibilities

• Own the interaction model and visual language of the product.
• Collaborate with lead designer and PM to shape direction.
• Contribute to dashboard redesign and rollout next quarter.
• Push frontend polish through PRs and codebase.
• Enforce design system usage and design.md guidelines.
