Job summary

Revin, a fast-growing AI platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own the dashboard where operators configure and monitor AI agents handling revenue conversations via SMS, voice, and email.

As the first in-house designer, you will set the design foundation, shape the design system, and partner with product and engineering to ship a trustworthy, data-rich interface for $100M+ businesses. This founding role offers exponential growth as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped B2B or SaaS products.
• Experience designing for AI-powered workflows and data-dense interfaces.
• Ability to build and maintain design systems and design foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes end-to-end for the Revin dashboard, from problem framing to research and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps and implementation.
• Make AI agent behavior understandable: show evidence and provide clear override paths.
• Simplify complex workflows for busy operators while preserving capability.
• Translate real-world data into actionable design insights and visuals.
• Prototype across code and design tools to test feasibility and feel.
