Job summary

Vantheon in Austin, TX is seeking a product designer with 3-6+ years of experience to craft snappy, intuitive dashboards and internal tools at scale. You will design an agent IDE, performance dashboards, onboarding flows, CMS/admin tools, and use AI coding tools to turn mockups into production frontends.

You will shape animations, create a design system, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver polished interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing obsessive attention to detail in dashboards, CMS tools, or information-dense interfaces.
• Strong sense of motion design and polished UI craft.
• Proficient with design tools (Figma) and AI coding tools to ship real, working interfaces from your designs.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design basics.

Responsibilities

• Design a crisp, intuitive agent IDE that developers love to use.
• Prototype beautiful performance dashboards with charts, graphs, and key metrics.
• Create onboarding flows that help new users discover core features.
• Develop internal CMS/admin tools that are delightful to use and highly functional.
• Use AI coding tools to bring designs to life as production frontends.
