Job summary

Ande Company in New York City is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing design team. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, eager to grow ownership and craft across meaningful product areas.

You will design end-to-end flows for defined features, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops, participate in user research, contribute to our design system, and iterate using AI-powered tools to ship high-quality interfaces.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally within B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products.
• Experience contributing to end-to-end design initiatives and shipping real product.
• Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to work through ambiguous problems with structure and clarity.
• Strong visual judgment and taste; you know when something is good enough and when it isn't.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design for defined features and product areas, from problem framing through execution, launch, and iteration
• Work upstream when needed, helping define what to build and why, not just designing a solution once the problem is handed to you
• Quickly explore and design product ideas, from rough concepts and flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
• Translate complex, AI-driven, data-heavy, or workflow-oriented problems into clear, intuitive user journeys
• Proactively identify UX issues and experience gaps, and bring concrete proposals, written or visual, to the team
• Apply excellent visual design craft to produce interfaces that are both beautiful and usable
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations, contributing to roadmap discussions and trade-off decisions
• Participate in user research and synthesis to better understand enterprise users, real-world workflows, and operational constraints
• Use and contribute to our design system, prioritizing speed, consistency, and usability
• Actively use AI tools throughout your daily workflow, for writing, research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and rapid iteration
