You will mentor junior engineers, influence the product roadmap, and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to translate vision into solid technical execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Advanced React proficiency and state management.
• 1–2+ years integrating LLM APIs into apps.
• Relational and NoSQL database proficiency.
• Cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD familiarity.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to product roadmap.
• Strong cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build backend systems interfacing with LLMs via APIs.
• Create middleware for prompt handling and AI response parsing.
• Implement guardrails, caching, rate limiting and evaluation metrics.
• Stay current on AI patterns and integration techniques.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Build React interfaces with modern state management.
• Lead architecture decisions and enforce quality through reviews and testing.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with product teams.
