Job summary

Ande in New York, NY is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing design team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup and wants ownership across meaningful product areas, including enterprise workflows and AI-powered features.

You'll own end-to-end design from problem framing to launch, collaborate with product, engineering, and operations, and contribute to the design system while exploring innovative AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UX or Product Design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping real product from concept to launch.
• Strong UX fundamentals and ability to handle ambiguous problems with structure and clarity.
• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions to cross‑functional partners.
• Experience designing AI‑powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for defined features from framing to launch.
• Define what to build and why, beyond the solution handed to you.
• Design ideas from rough concepts to high‑fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Translate AI‑driven, data-heavy problems into clear user journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations on roadmap and trade‑offs.
• Participate in user research and synthesis to understand enterprise users.
• Contribute to design system and prioritize speed, consistency, and usability.
