Job summary

Conduct is building an AI-native product and seeks a designer who maps complex enterprise workflows into clear, actionable experiences. You’ll own the user journey from initial contact to everyday use, driven by deep customer research and a strong design point of view on AI’s impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering, shipping fast with a bias toward impact and clarity, in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end.
• Deep UX research skills: interviews, observation, field work.
• Clear POV on how AI shifts user behaviour and interaction patterns.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills to own end-to-end work.
• Pragmatic and biased toward shipping; rapid prototyping and feedback.
• Low ego, collaborative partner to product and engineering.
