Qualifications

• Portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Experience using Claude Code as a creative partner in design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and help ship.
• Understand the technical architecture of our products and define primitives for new capabilities.
• Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency.
• Craft beautiful, polished UI that builds trust and showcases AI technology.
• Comfortable in code, design, prototypes, and learning new ways to communicate ideas.
• Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.
