Qualifications

• BA/BS in graphic design, design communication, HCI, or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of complex consumer products.
• Ability to lead design in ambiguous, technical spaces and align multiple partners.
• Background in interaction and visual design with typography, layout, and motion sense.
• Deep UX fundamentals: IA, system thinking, engagement and retention at scale.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows for low- to high-fidelity work.
• Data-informed mindset, partnering with research and analytics to shape hypotheses.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and influencing without authority, and accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product and cross-functional teams to address member problems and influence strategy.
• Use advanced prototyping and AI-driven workflows to validate dynamic user flows in rapid loops.
• Apply systems thinking to integrate UI components into a cohesive global product ecosystem.
• Craft visual, motion and interaction patterns meeting localization, usability, safety and accessibility standards.
