Job summary

Constructor.io is seeking a product designer to shape the future of product discovery. You’ll craft AI-powered interactions that guide shoppers from intent to purchase, working with engineers and data scientists to implement new experiences.

You’ll own research, interaction design, and visual strategy to deliver high-fidelity interfaces across homepage, search, PDP, and guided shopping, while ensuring consistency with the evolving design system.

Qualifications

• Research and validation capabilities with shopper insights.
• Experience designing agentic experiences and AI-driven UX.
• Ability to translate research into production-ready interfaces.
• Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, and data teams.
• Ability to ship high-fidelity mockups across surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Research & validation: run shopper studies and experiments with product/data teams.
• Design interaction flows where AI/LLMs guide the shopping journey.
• Define visual strategy representing product discovery for 2027.
• Deliver final mockups/assets for homepage, search, PDP, filtering, and more.
• Develop scalable UX patterns within the design system and components.
