Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of product design experience launching features for web or mobile apps.
• Portfolio demonstrating your process, decision-making, and measurable results.
• Strong interaction, visual, and accessibility skills with advanced Figma experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your design workflow and knowing when outputs need refinement.
• Experience working on cross-functional agile teams with strong communication skills to explain design decisions.
• Must be able to speak Chinese fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new features across web and mobile, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Own existing product areas and improve them by addressing usability issues and updating designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and balance new work with improvements.
• Guide design decisions and evaluate impact after release using customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, early concepts, and prototyping, while reviewing all outputs.
