Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Designer to shape end-to-end digital experiences in a regulated financial services environment. You will partner with clients and teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and establish foundational product strategy and visual consistency.

You will drive AI-enabled design workflows, define design standards, and contribute to a scalable design language while delivering user value and business outcomes in a remote United States role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience required.
• Financial services experience, particularly in wealth management or investment advisory.
• Experience with AI tooling, models, and workflows.
• Ability to build 0-to-1 products in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Claude Code, Codex, or similar design tools.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape end-to-end digital experiences that drive both user value and business outcomes in a highly regulated financial services environment. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and bring clarity to ambiguous challenges. The position also plays a key role in establishing foundational product strategy, visual consistency, and modern AI-enabled design workflows.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $177,000 – $260,000 annually
