The role offers remote work and a compensation starting at $240,000+ annually. You will lead design initiatives, shape user journeys, and help scale design excellence across the organization while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in consumer software.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for conveying design concepts to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker with a deep interest in user experience and business alignment.
• Experience with user experience methods and design principles.
